Composition Chair. Appointed by the President.Membership. Additional members in good standing appointed by the President. Terms and Duties The mandate of the committee is to determine the feasibility of expanding the WISC Pilot Mentorship program run in 2025 to a permanent and SSC-wide Mentorship program. This includes: exploring costs associated with expanding the Pilot Mentorship program including: SSC Office staff resources, SSC website/electronic resources, and volunteers needed to run the programconsidering the relationship between an expanded Mentorship Program and the Accreditation Mentorship Programrecommending to the SSC Executive and Board whether or not to expand the Mentorship ProgramThe Committee will continue until a decision has been made whether to expand the Pilot Mentorship Program or not. If the decision is Yes, then a permanent committee with responsibility for the Mentorship Program will need to be identified and this Ad-hoc committee dissolved.
