Submit a title and an abstract in English of no more than 1000 characters and French of no more than 1400 characters by February 21, 2025, 11:59 PM PST using the online abstract submission system. You can login and go directly to the page. 

Please make sure you have:

• Registered for the meeting first
• That you logged out then back in to your SSC account before submitting. 

The SSC Program Committee ask that you submit your abstract in both English and French.  If you are unable to do the translation yourself, we ask that you use DeepL for the translation.  All French abstracts will be reviewed by a professional translator. 

Participants who make their presentation in French (poster/slides or oral presentation) are eligible to be entered into a special draw for a prize of a $100 gift certificate. Presenters who wish to be in this draw must indicate on the abstract submission form what aspects will be presented in French.

• You are required to register for the meeting before you can submit an abstract.
• Only ONE abstract per person may be submitted

Any Scheduling requests must be submitted to the Program Chair (prog2025@ssc.ca) no later than 10 weeks before meeting.
