We are using an event app called Whova where you can
- view the event program (see Agenda) and plan your personal schedule;
- view the agenda in one of the two languages (English or French) - please select a corresponding track "EN" or "FR". Please note the tracks do not reflect the language of presentations.
- check useful information (see Resources),
- network with other participants even before the event, check the Leaderboard,
receive notifications in your phone about last minute changes from the organizers, and more.
Once you have signed up, you should be taken directly to the event!
If you are not directly added to the event and are asked for an event invitation code when accessing the event, please follow these steps:
- make sure you are using the same email address that was on your registration form;
- if you are still asked for the code to access the app, contact the local organizers at whovasupport@ssc.ca
Already used the Whova app in the past? Double-check that it is installed on your phone, and log in using your existing account email and password.
