Registrations are not transferable but can be cancelled and refunded as follows:

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Only Registration for the Annual Meeting can be refunded. Please Note: Membership fees are non-refundable.
  2. All Cancellations must be submitted to payments@ssc.ca.
  3. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied to refunds.
    Note: A separate processing fee may be charged by the Credit Card Company.
  4. No refunds will be processed for any cancellations received after 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time on Sunday, May 10, 2026 (3 weeks prior to Annual Meeting).
