When you arrive on the Laval University campus, we ask that you go to the registration desk in the entrance hall of the Ferdinand-Vandry building. Because this desk is located at more than a 10 minute walk from the room where the opening sessions on Monday and Tuesday, we recommend that you complete your registration well before 8 am on Monday or well before 8:15 am on Tuesday. Better yet, you can register on Sunday between 8 am and 6 pm and obtain coupons that you will be able to trade for two free drinks at the welcome reception on Sunday night!
