As I enter my final month of presidency of our remarkable Society, I have many, many thoughts that I could share about the extraordinary commitment of our members—many of whom serve critical volunteer roles—and our staff, and so many accomplishments and events to summarize from the past year. It was wonderful to see so many of you at the CSSC 2025 and SSC 2025. Saskatoon is a beautiful city, and the scientific and local organizers put together an exceptional pair of conferences. This being my final Liaison report as president, and in an issue dedicated to the accomplishments of our award winners, I will be brief. I hope to see you at the AGM, where I will give a more complete account of our year. Thank you all for entrusting me with this role over the last year, and for your valued contributions to our community.
