The Alan Earp Residence is a five-storey building, located on the east end of campus. Each room is comfortably furnished with a single bed, desk, dresser and wardrobe. A 4-piece washroom adjoins each room.
Guest room rates: $69.95 per night plus HST
Price includes linens, towels, parking, breakfast, and internet access.

• Email confdesk@brocku.ca and provide your name, address, telephone number and the dates you would like to reserve for the conference. Please do not forget to mention that you are attending the SSC conference. Or,
• Call 905-688-5550 x 3369 and identify yourself as an SSC delegate interested in reserving a room in Earp residence.

Check in time is 3 pm but if you arrrive by car earlier than that you can get your parking pass from the Accommodations Desk and park in Lot M.
