In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Canadian Statistical Societies, the SSC's Data Science & Analytics Section will be running a monthly webinar series. The theme of the series will be modelling​, and each instance will focus on a different phase/ facet of modelling, ranging from reviews of cutting-edge tools and best practices to bias, fairness, and ethics. Speakers will come both from industry and academia, showcasing both application and research. More information, including a schedule of speakers and topics, will be released via the d-ssc mailing list early in January 2022.
