Position Summary
Trinity is seeking an experienced Senior Statistician to join its Statistics practice. The Senior Statistician provides strategic support to clients by offering market sizing, research and data analysis using statistical estimation techniques. The ideal candidate must be able to perform as the key point of contact to external clients while simultaneously serving as a strategic partner to internal teams. The Senior Statistician will be responsible for leading a team and must be able to working across multiple internal and external groups to effectively present statistical findings to groups of statisticians and non-statisticians.
The ideal candidate will have a MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Pharmacoeconomics and/or other related fields. We are especially interested in candidates who have a working knowledge of survey sampling and/or market research, are proficient in SAS software, including Macro and Graph components, have applied experience with regression modeling, survival analysis and longitudinal models, posses exceptional analytical skills as well as strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal). Trinity is looking for team members who are hard working, strong team-players and are able to provide quality support with superb client management skills.
Responsibilities and work experiences may include:
- Lead a team of statisticians, consultants, and SAS programmers
- Develop and manage multiple project plans
- Offer statistical data analysis of complex and large datasets
- Develop and implement statistical analysis plans to address project objectives
- Act as key point of contact for clients and manage such relationships to provide quality deliverables
- Serve as a strategic partner to management on the success of the team
- Survey sampling and/or market research projects
