Registration Desk

Registered participants can pick up their badges at the registration desk at the times and locations indicated below. Walk-ins should register online and present their receipt at the registration desk.

• Monday, June 4, 7:45am-5:00pm, Trottier Lobby
• Tuesday, June 5, 8:00am-5:00pm, Trottier Lobby
• Wednesday, June 6, 8:15am-4:00pm, Trottier Lobby

Onsite Transactions

We will be accepting onsite registrations by credit card only. Official SSC receipts will be prepared by the SSC Executive Assistant and emailed to participants within 30min of the transaction.

Registration Deadlines:

Early Bird registration: April 15, 2018
Regular registration: May 18, 2018
Abstract submissions: February 15, 2018

Already a member of the Statistical Society of Canada?

• If you do not have an account on the website please register for the website and then register for the annual meeting. If you already have an account then please also login before registering.
• You must use the same e-mail address, first name, and last name, as on your membership to link it to your membership and receive a discount on your annual meeting registration.  

Not already a member of the Statistical Society of Canada?

Membership gives you a discount on the annual meeting, which makes a membership + the annual meeting cheaper than registering as a non-member.  Note that refunds will be issued for the meeting only. The membership fee will not be refunded.

• If you do not have an account on the website please create one. If you already have an account then please login.
• Sign up for a membership.  
  The e-mailed membership receipt will contain a link for the annual meeting registration, that will pre-fill your information.
• Use that e-mailed link to register for the annual meeting.
  You should see the membership fee discounted from your meeting cost, if you use the e-mailed link.

Don't wish to become a member of the Statistical Society of Canada?

The cost for the annual meeting + membership is less expensive than the cost to attend the meeting. If you are interested in becoming a member, that membership will not cost you anything extra and will provide you a discount for the annual meeting. If you still do not wish to become a member, please:

• Register for the annual meeting.
  Those registering to attend the meeting as non-members are eligible for refunds of their registration, subject to our refund policy.

If you are attending from a country other than Canada, please contact the SSC Office at info@ssc.ca for a visa invitation letter.
