Carleton University is situated between Bronson Avenue and Colonel By Drive and between the Rideau River and the Rideau Canal.  Here is a map of Ottawa-Gatineau. The Macdonald-Cartier Ottawa International Airport is south along Bronson/Airport Parkway. There is OCTranspo bus and taxi transportation to and from the airport but no light rail transport (LRT). For those in Gatineau there is STO bus service that connects with OCTranspo bus service in Ottawa.

NOTE that the LRT Trillium line to Carleton U is NOT OPERATIONAL and is instead replaced by bus service. The downtown Confederation LRT line is working and connects to bus service.
