Submit a title and an abstract of at most 1000 characters by Tuesday, February 15, 2025 by 11:59 pm PST, using the link at the bottom of this page which you will only see if you are logged into the website, registered for the conference and have logged out at least once since registering.

Please make sure you have:

• Registered for the meeting first 
• That you logged out then back in to your SSC account before submitting. 

You can submit your abstract in either English and/or French.

It is strongly encouraged that, if you present orally in one language, that your slides be in the other.  People who do that will be entered into a draw for the Bilingualism Committee Prize. Please indicate the language of your oral presentation and also of your slides when you submit your abstract.

How to submit in both languages: 

• Compose your abstract and title in one language, then submit. 
• There will be a link to submit your translated version available to you.

Please note:

• You are required to register for the meeting before you can submit an abstract.
• Only ONE abstract per person may be submitted

Any Scheduling requests must be submitted to the Program Chair (prog2025@ssc.ca) no later than 10 weeks before meeting.
