News from the Université de Sherbrooke
Anne MacKay will be joining the Université de Sherbrooke as an associate professor on November 1, 2021. She will hold a cross-appointment between the Department of Mathematics and the Department of Finance. Currently an associate professor at the Université du Québec à Montréal, Dr. Mackay’s research interests are in actuarial and financial mathematics. She holds a PhD from the University of Waterloo and undergraduate and graduate degrees from Laval University and Concordia University. She also spent time in Zurich as a postdoctoral researcher and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, reflecting her professional experience and academic background.
