Cancellations and Refunds
- Only Registration for the Annual Meeting can be refunded. Please Note: Membership fee are non-refundable
- All Cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com;
- A cancellation fee of $ 50.00 will be applied to refunds.
Note: A seperate processing fee may be charged by the Credit Card Company
- No refunds will be processed for any cancellations recieved
after 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time on Sunday, May 16th, 2021
