Registrations are not transferable but can be cancelled and refunded as follows:

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Only Registration for the Annual Meeting can be refunded. Please Note: Membership fee are non-refundable
  2. All Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ssc.ca and treasurer@ssc.ca;
  3. A cancellation fee of $ 50.00 will be applied to refunds.
    Note: A separate processing fee may be charged by the Credit Card Company 
  4. No refunds will be processed for any cancellations received
    after 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time on Monday, May 8, 2023
    (3 weeks prior to Annual Meeting)
