The instruction pages linked below will take you to the online application forms. You will need to secure two references who may be contacted by reviewers. With review materials in hand, we expect that most applications will be completed in only a few hours. You should download the document Accreditation of Statisticians by the Statistical Society of Canada and consult it to ensure that you address all relevant criteria for accreditation in your application. Also, please read the SSC Code of Ethical Statistical Practice.
Complete applications received by July 1 will normally be reviewed in time for recommendations to be presented to the SSC Board of Directors meeting in October/November. Similarly, by December 1 for the March meeting, or by February 1 for the May/June meeting. You will receive an official notification within two or three weeks following the Board meeting.
